Commissioned by CBN Media for their foundation The River Children, Naomi documented the charities work with vulnerable children in poor and rural areas along the Yangtze river in Yunnan, China. These images were taken at Ping An Zhai Tian Fu Elementary School, where the charity has enabled the school to open as a boarding school, supplying funding for food and overnight teachers.
In addition to the images, Naomi put a few of her photographs from the commission together to form a factual video. The video was produced to raise awareness to the struggles that children face in rural China and the impact ones location has on your upbringing and education.
